Hand Embroidery

We strive to push the boundaries of contemporary hand embroidery, pulling inspiration from ancient pieces, and coupling this with innovative materials and new techniques. We are dedicated to preserving the age old crafts by continuing to use techniques such as goldwork, silk shading and stumpwork. We are able to tackle the most complex embroidery project, whether it is a large scale production or a bespoke blazer badge of a fully beaded dress. Hand Guided Machine Embroidery 

Hand Guided Machine Embroidery is best suited to projects that include blending or shaded designs. It can be used to create textural stitches such as chain stitch, moss stitch and also fabric appliqué. There is no restriction on size (with-in reason!) meaning you can create large scale pieces which are perfect for art installations, flags and banners. As a more affordable option, compared to hand embroidery, it can offer a wider range of finishes particularly for projects that don’t include 3D elements, goldwork or beading. Digital Machine Embroidery

Digital embroidery offers an affordable alternative to traditional hand embroidery, and as a result it is perfect for things like patches and badges. As it is very hard wearing, it can be used on items that need to be outside or washed a lot. We are able to offer a range of different types of digital machine embroidery from small bespoke badges to large scale embroidery production so get in touch to find out more.

Construction

Some embroidery projects will also require construction services, which we are able to offer in-house. We can create flags, banners, sashes, bags and more. We would advise contacting us with the details of your project so we can advise the best way forwards.
