Founded in 2024, Norica Studios focuses on producing exceptional embroidery for any business or private commission. Norica Studios is committed to executing all of our embroidery projects with precision and an impeccable attention to detail.
Founded by sisters, Jessica and Eleanor, the company is spearheaded by Jessica Jane Pile, with over 13 years of experience in the embroidery industry and author of the technical embroidery book Fashion Embroidery. Jessica's extensive knowledge spans all types of embroidery, allowing Norica Studios to tackle projects ranging from small bespoke embroidered badges to large-scale embroidery production.
Having witnessed poor quality embroidery over the years, we are passionate about delivering the beautiful and unique pieces. Our collaborative approach involves working closely with our clients to determine the most suitable techniques and material for achieving their desired outcome. At Norica Studios, we are dedicated to ensuring that the art of embroidery evolves with the times, bringing this traditional craft into the modern world. We believe in preserving age-old craftsmanship, making sure that these timeless techniques are not forgotten but adapt to our fast-paced, contemporary landscape.
Jessica has over a decade of experience working in the embroidery industry, she has worked with some of the biggest fashion clients in the world including, Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton and Burberry. She has also worked with the Royal Household, Jessica Maccormack, Apple, and more. Working as Production, and then Managing Director, at Hand & Lock London Ltd she's built an extensive network across the textiles and embroidery industry. Her vast experience producing embroidery for a huge range of clients and disciplines means Norica Studios is able to tackle any project with professionalism and an expert eye.
Ellie originally trained in architecture, since then she has worked across the design industry, particularly focusing sustainable interior design. Through the world of interiors, she has gained experience working closely with textiles and patterns, which has become and integrate part of her designs. Ellie brings her knowledge of sustainable materials and skills for crafting unique pieces, to Norica Studios.
